Introduction

SNDK is a digital platform owned and operated by Adel Legal Tech, a company registered in Ramallah, Palestine.
It supports users in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in understanding and pursuing employment-related claims.
By using SNDK, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any conditions communicated via the website, mobile app, or messaging channels.

User Acknowledgment

By using the platform, you agree that:

  • SNDK is not a law firm. AI-based eligibility tools are for awareness only and not legal advice.
  • Communications with Partner Lawyers are facilitated through SNDK’s WhatsApp or approved social channels under strict privacy.
  • Your assigned lawyer guides you through the claim process via those channels.
  • No attorney–client relationship exists with SNDK; it is only between you and the Partner Lawyer.

Nature of SNDK’s Role

SNDK offers:

  • an eligibility check under Saudi Labor Law, and
  • a claim facilitation service connecting users with licensed Saudi lawyers.
SNDK itself does not give legal advice; all legal services are handled by the Partner Lawyers.

Definitions

  • Adel Legal Tech: Owner and operator of SNDK (registered in Palestine).
  • SNDK Platform: Website, mobile app, and digital tools.
  • User / Customer: Anyone using the platform.

Use of Services

You confirm that you are at least 18, reside in Saudi Arabia, and submit accurate information.
You must not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
SNDK may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

Partner Lawyers and Legal Services

After eligibility confirmation, SNDK shares your case with a Partner Lawyer.

  • The lawyer–client relationship is only between you and the lawyer.
  • All legal work is the lawyer’s responsibility.
  • SNDK is not liable for their advice or performance.
  • Fees and commissions are set out in your Engagement Letter.
  • SNDK may receive a referral or tech service fee for maintaining the platform.

Engagement Letter

Before legal services begin, you and the lawyer sign a written Engagement Letter covering:
scope of work, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality, termination, and dispute resolution.
This agreement is binding only between you and the lawyer; SNDK is not a party.

Fees and Payments

  • Eligibility checks are free unless stated otherwise.
  • SNDK may charge service or referral fees for tech use.
  • Legal fees are as per your Engagement Letter.
  • Payments are made in SAR through secure methods.
  • SNDK does not handle your compensation payments.

Privacy and Data Protection

SNDK complies with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
You consent to secure processing and sharing of data with Partner Lawyers and to receive updates via WhatsApp or email.
You may withdraw consent by emailing privacy@sndk.ai but this may limit service availability.

Limitation of Liability

SNDK provides its platform “as is”. It does not guarantee any claim success.
SNDK is not liable for lawyer actions, employer decisions, or court outcomes.
Any liability is limited to fees you paid to SNDK.

Service Disruptions / Suspension of Service

  • Planned Maintenance: Access may be temporarily suspended for updates; advance notice will be given when possible.
  • Emergency Disruptions: Unforeseen outages will be addressed promptly and users notified when feasible.
  • Temporary Interruptions: Do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
  • Suspension for Cause: SNDK may suspend access for violations or security reasons.
  • Force Majeure: SNDK is not responsible for failures due to events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, government acts).
  • Transparency: Service status updates may be shared through the platform, WhatsApp, or email.

Termination and Suspension

SNDK may suspend or terminate services for misuse or violations.
Users may stop using SNDK any time. Termination does not affect previous obligations.

You may use them only for lawful purposes. Reproduction or modification without consent is prohibited.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the palestine.
Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by competent palestinian courts.
